如何在低谷翻身

最近有一位朋友問：如何在低谷翻身？我不懂回答。這讓我深思了一會，去一趟旅行：你會專注於到達景點，還是享受過程？

創業以來，認識多了不同界別的人士。漸漸發現，關於成功的定義，大致分成兩類， 就是追求結果和享受過程。

結果論者，是較常見的一類。相對理性，享受達到目標的成就感，當達到目標的時候，會再設定更高的目標。

過程論者。相對感性(或任性)，傾向以工作熱情為主導，享受達到目標的過程中，所產生挑戰感或利他的滿足感。但不代表不重視結果。比喻打電動遊戲，因為有難度關卡，遊戲才會好玩。又比喻打籃球，因為有強大的對手，所以更享受競技的過程。

沒有難度，不叫遊戲；沒有對手，不叫籃球；沒有低谷，不叫活著。

沒有起伏的橫線代表死亡；就是有高有低，才叫活著。

低谷，就結果論來說是障礙，用理性驅動誇越； 就過程論來說是升 Level 的機會，用感性面對挑戰。

如何刻意練習感性：

網上見到這樣的轉載：有人問金庸人生應如何度過？。他這樣回答：「大鬧一場，悄然離去。」

HKTVmall 創辦人王維基於 TED Talk 分享：「你一日不思考死亡，你的生命還未開始。」
